Customer Care & Return Policy

I AM Creations, Inc.® does not accept returns on hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts or any of its products. We will exchange merchandise that is unworn or unwashed due to misprint or defective in quality for an in-store item of equal or lesser value. We cannot be held responsible for the selection of incorrect sizes due to custom printing. Please email us at iamcreations1@outlook.com PRIOR TO PURCHASING any apparel if you have questions regarding the fit of any garment.

To exchange a misprinted or defective item, you must email us at iamcreations1@outlook.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item. Please include date of your purchase, order number, and the reason for the exchange.

Any design created by I AM Creations, Inc.® may be duplicated on any clothing item, mug, or canvas sold by I AM Creations, Inc.® Custom orders must be requested via email at iamcreations1@outlook.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Books are non-refundable. Shipping on returned items must be covered by the returnee.
